National Jamboree Registration Details
National Jamboree Contingent Participant Cost: $1,350
Registration Steps:
*Please note that we are in wait list mode for registration for the National Jamboree. Please continue to follow the steps below to register at National and register for the wait list here on Dan Beard Council's website.
1. Complete your National Jamboree Registration on the National Jamboree website
2. Make sure to record your Registration Code from your completed National Jamboree website registration (from step 1)
3. Read and review the terms, conditions, requirements, and payment details for contingent participates below
4. Fill out your Dan Beard Council National Jamboree Contingent Registration here
Payment Schedule:
The deposit of $150 is non-refundable and due with the application.
*Wait list participants will receive a full refund including deposit if there is not enough space to join the contingent.
For those already registered your Final payment is:

Starting October 1, New Registrants will use the following Monthly Payments Schedule

Dan Beard Council makes their final payment to the National Jamboree in February,
therefore we need EVERYONE’S FINAL payments and accounts to be paid in full BY February 15th, 2017.

Refund Policy: A refund will be made only if (a) Dan Beard Council is notified in writing that you are withdrawing from the Jamboree and a refund is requested, (b) you identify a replacement scout, (c) who is accepted by Dan Beard Council, and (d) who has made the required payments according to the payment schedule. The replacement scout may not have previously applied with Dan Beard Council to attend the 2017 National Jamboree. If there is a waiting list, Dan Beard Council will select your replacement from the waiting list in accordance with its waitlist procedure. Your deposit will not be refunded. Qualified refunds will be made to the original payer.
Refund timing: Requested refunds will be reviewed and processed according to the policy Quarterly (e.g. January, April, July and October).
